Ronan McNamara Bio

Ronan has over twenty years sales and management work experience gained primarily in the Financial Services, Training and IT sectors. In the Financial Services sector, he worked with IIB Bank and GE Capital International in a business development capacity in start up leasing companies. From 1998 until May 2004, Ronan was employed by IBM Ireland in a sales capacity. His last position there was Territory Software Manager.

Over the past 12 years, Ronan has gained practical experience in the learning and development arena where we operates in areas such as sales training & performance management. He runs his own training and development company, Cumara.
