Fergus Barry Bio

Fergus Barry is Managing Partner of Fergus Barry & Associates, which provides Strategic Human Resource Management Consultancy and Management Development to leading organisations.

Fergus has worked as Director of the Human Resource Management Programmes at the Irish Management Institute. In that role he developed the Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management and the Essentials of Human Resource Management Programmes. He still acts as Director of the Diploma Programme. He also led, developed and delivered Management Development and Change Management Consulting and Coaching Programmes for a wide variety of Organisations in both the Private and Public sectors.

He has completed strategic consultancy and coaching work at national and international level. His core areas of expertise are: Strategy, Leading Change, IR/ER Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Strategic HRM.
