Brian McIvor has been involved in training and development since 1978 when the joined the staff of the Management Training Unit, Institute of Public Administration, Dublin. He worked in Staff Development in Irish Life Assurance plc for over 10 years from 1983. Since 1994 he has worked in international training and consultancy specialising in career and personal development. He has also been involved as a producer of multimedia material for training for over 30 years.
